We ask each party (if we have their email address) to complete an online feedback questionnaire about their stay. We ask them to mark us out of ten in twelve areas. We also invite comments to help us ensure that future visitors enjoy their stay with us as much as possible..

In response to the lowest average gradings and the associated comments we:
- have replaced/are replacing items of furniture that were specifically mentioned more than once.
- intend to provide equipment inventory lists as we provide much more equipment than on any of the recommended equipment lists from various letting agents and are not sure if it is all being found or used.
