Kestrel Hawk Barn is comfortably furnished having cosy rooms with beamed ceilings that provide ideal accommodation throughout the year for either a family or couples of all ages as it has the benefit of being all on one level with parking directly outside. It is also suitable for the partially disabled and has wheelchair access. The Barn, with Swallow Cottage and The Stables, is set in more than an acre of grounds with wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. Kestrel Hawk Barn has its own picnic and barbeque area; ideal for al fresco dining.

Accommodation: The front door leads into the carpeted open plan kitchen/living room with a sofa and two armchairs. Fireplace with electric wood burner effect heater. TV, DVD, Freeview and Music System. Dining area with wooden table and four chairs. The kitchen area is equipped with an electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, washer dryer and microwave. A passageway leads to the twin bedroom, with two 3' single beds, chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe. The double bedroom has a 4'6" double bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. At the end of the passageway is the wet (shower) room with hot water shower, hand basin, WC (all with handrails) and a heated towel rail.

Outside: Large communal grounds with individual picnic and barbeque areas, overlooking the surrounding countryside.

Lastly, to get your holiday off to a great start a traditional cream tea welcomes you on arrival.
