Swallow Cottage is tastefully furnished with cosy rooms with the benefit of central heating. It provides comfortable accommodation throughout the year for either a family or couples of all ages as it has the benefit of being all on one level with parking directly outside. The Cottage, with Kestrel Hawk Barn and The Stables, is set in more than an acre of grounds with wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. Swallow Cottage has its own private picnic and barbeque area in addition to having access to the communal grounds.

Accommodation: The front door leads into the hallway with the kitchen to the left. Kitchen equipped with gas cooker, microwave, fridge and freezer, washing machine, (tumble dryer in seperate building) and dishwasher with a round table and four stools in the breakfast area. Door into large carpeted lounge/diner with views over the surrounding countryside. Large sofa and two armchairs with electric woodburner effect heater, TV, DVD, Freeview and Music System. At rear of room, wooden dining table and 4 chairs. The twin bunkroom is accessed from the hallway and has two 3' bunk beds, and wardrobe with drawers. Family bathroom with bath with electric shower over, hand basin, shaving point and WC. The double bedroom is at the end of the hallway with a 5' double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Outside: In addition to the private picnic and barbeque area behind the cottage, the communal grounds provide space for ball games and additional opportunities to view the surrounding countryside.

Lastly, to get your holiday off to a great start a traditional cream tea welcomes you on arrival.
