Our self-catering cottages are all stone build former farm barns and fishermen's cottages dating back to the early 1800s. Situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty that joins Polperro and Looe, and our cottage in Polperro is in the heart of the village with its own garage, and those who know Polperro will know what a rare bonus this is. more info

If you need to keep in contact with the office or friends then we have free broadband WiFi at the farm and the Polperro cottage has an internet cafe close by and free WiFi hotspots. Looe has an Internet Cafe and support staff. We can help to get you online if you can't bear to be out of contact with the office or friends. more info

For those looking for a traditional seaside holiday there are many family friendly beaches nearby, with lots of secluded beaches and coves for those seeking peace and quiet.

Exploring Cornwall

Our cottages are an excellent base for exploring South East Cornwall and further afield. Looe and Polperro with their beaches and harbours can both be reached along the Coastal Path with a bus service to bring you back.

Large Family or Friends Groups

We can accomodate 11 under one roof in The Stables and combining the Waylands Farm cottages enables 19 people to share a self-catering holiday.
